BCB North Zone win against Walton Central Zone
BCB North Zone won by nine wickets against Walton Central Zone in the National Cricket League (NCL) at Sylhet International Stadium in Sylhet today.
Central Zone, who were 234 for seven at the end of Day 3, were all out for 336 on Day 4. Batsman Mosharraf Hossain struck a half century before he eventually fell for 61 runs.
North Zone notched up the required 67 runs in 12.1 overs, losing just one wicket to clinch a nine-wicket victory.
In the other match of the day, East Zone and South Zone played out a draw at BKSP's ground four. South Zone were all-out for 395 runs in the first innings after they started Day 4 at 318 for five.
East Zone reached 93 for the loss of four wickets before stumps were called. Mominul Haque, who struck 258 in the first innings fell after scoring 13 runs. Liton Das remained unbeaten on a 67-ball 51.
