Mominul Haque reached double ton against Prime Bank South Zone in the Bangladesh National League (BCL).

Mominul Haque continued from his 169 not out yesterday to complete a double ton at the BKSP ground-4 today. He eventually fell after a 344-ball 258.

Chiefly known for his exploits in the longer version of the game, Mominul blazed his way to a superb double hundred off 255 balls. Mominul was the ninth Islami bank wicket to fall. Islami Bank eventually reached 546 before they were all out. On a flat pitch, Mominul took advantage with some finely timed shots as his innings contained 23 fours and three sixes.

Earlier Zakir Hossain continued from his 47 not out yesterday to score a century. He  was eventually removed by Saqlain Sajib after a 169-ball 119.
