Australian High Commissioner in Dhaka Greg Wilcock has congratulated the Bangladesh cricket team for its win against England today in Adelaide.

“My congratulations also to Mahmudullah Riyad for his century, a first for Bangladesh in a World Cup match,” he said in a message of congratulations.

Bangladesh now advances to the quarter-finals, another milestone, he said and wished Bangladesh all the best for its match against New Zealand in Hamilton on March 13.
