Injured college student dies, death toll now 24

A college student, who suffered burns in the Gulistan blast on March 7, died at Sheikh Hasina National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery this afternoon.

Jahan Sarder Selim, 19, a honours first-year student of Dohar Nawabganj College, breathed his last around 5:00pm, said Samanta Lal Sen, chief coordinator of the burn institute.

He had 50 percent burns on his body, he added.
