Kushum's Controversial Nesha

Model and actress Kushum Sikder has released her latest song Nesha at 3rd August, in the form of a music video. Ever since its release, the video has been a matter of serious controversy regarding Kushum's questionable and indecent appearance in it. The video, which has gathered quite the amount of views on YouTube, has amassed many critical comments. More importantly, the video has been filed a legal notice of removal by the Supreme Court Lawyer Aftab Uddin Siddiqui. The notice claims that, if the music video and all other associated teasers or clips are not removed from YouTube within 72 hours since the notice, serious legal proceedings will have to be taken against Kushum Sikder, her co-actor Khaled Hossain Sujon and all related parties. The legal notice also claims that the video has a large number of explicit scenes, making it not only culturally inappropriate but a crime against Public Information and Communication Technology Act regulations.
