Moudud flown to Singapore for treatment
Senior BNP leader Moudud Ahmed has been flown to Singapore for treatment as his state worsened after he fell ill due to cold-related problems.
An air ambulance departed with Moudud at 10:00am, said AKM Ehsanur Rahman, a junior associate to Moudud Ahmed, told The Daily Star this afternoon.
He will be admitted to Mount Elizabeth hospital.
Moudud was taken to Dhaka’s Apollo Hospital three days ago after he fell ill due to cold-related problems. He was undergoing treatment at the hospital since.
