BGB tightens security in Dhaka ahead of arrival of Hadi’s body
Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) has beefed up security in several key areas of the capital ahead of the arrival of the body of Sharif Osman Hadi, spokesperson of Inqilab Moncho.
The body is scheduled to be brought to Dhaka today from Singapore.
The BGB headquarters disclosed the update in a notification today.

According to a notification, BGB personnel have been deployed in the airport area, Karwan Bazar and around Hotel InterContinental to maintain law and order.
Sharif Osman Hadi was declared dead last night while under treatment at a Singapore hospital. Hadi, a July uprising frontliner and an aspirant from Dhaka-8 constituency in the February election, died around 9:45pm, a week after he was shot in the head in Dhaka's Paltan in broad daylight.
