XCHANGE IFTAR 

Radisson's international restaurant, The Xchange, surely provides one of the best buffet iftar-cum-dinners in Chittagong. True to its status of being international, the eatery's buffet spread covers a lot on the global gustatory map. 

Break your fast with the traditional chhola, piaju, jilapi and the like — things without which our iftar is never complete! Relish in the appetising starters, from their 'pasta with tuna' to 'spicy beef salad' to the salami to the various dressings. 

The buffet at The Xchange is quite cosmopolitan. You can gulp in a couple of sushi with the spicy wasabi to awaken your senses after a long day of fast. Meanwhile, Middle Eastern dishes such as lamb ouzi and kabsa provide a hearty treat. The naan and kebabs add yet another dimension to the meal. And the live cooking station is where you can have things your way, with a choice of sauces and styles the chef will gladly apply — to prawn tempuras, lamb chops, snappers, steaks, and more.

Finish off the meal with Arabian desserts, from sweet and crispy baklava to the mildly sweet awamat. You may also opt for their delicious gulaab jamun or their mousse. And finally, scoops of ice cream will draw the perfect conclusion to the meal!

BAY VIEW'S IFTAR BAZAAR 

In the lobby, with views of the beautiful installation comprising of fountains and boats just on the other side, Radisson has set up an iftar bazaar, for takeaways of your favourite iftar items. If your hungry tummy makes it hard to choose some among the many dishes, grab their special takeaway box, which promises to contain an assortment that does not fail to please your taste buds. 

Price: Tk 1100++ for the iftar box; Timing: 4pm-6pm.

The hotel boasts two grand ballrooms. Mezbaan and Mohona are pillar-less halls, lavish in style with dedicated catering service —perfect venues to host iftar parties.
