'Friendship Colours of the Chars' held a winter fashion exhibition at their retail shop in Banani on 28 January, 2020. They featured a collection of handmade and natural dyed shawls, scarves, saris and jewellery. This fashion and lifestyle brand is a social enterprise of Friendship NGO.

The fashion show included a brand collection by Friendship's designer Imam Hassan, followed by novelty draperies designed exclusively for Friendship by renowned designers like Maheen Khan, Kuhu Plamondon and Chandana Dewan. The final queue was dedicated to specialty natural dyed Jamdani saris, designed by prodigious fashion guru, Chandra Shekhar Shaha.

Following the vision of ethical and sustainable fashion, Friendship Colours of the Chars works with the most marginalised women of the remote riverine islands in Gaibandha and Kurigram districts. Their retail store is located on Floor 2, House 40, Block E, Banani Road 12, Dhaka.
