Will Shakib Khan starrer ‘Sher Khan’ reach the silver screen?
Dhallywood star Shakib Khan starrer film, "Sher Khan", was expected to hit the theatres this year. Yet, the film could not enter its shooting phase in time. After much wait and multiple date changes, the film was expected to start shooting this year in March.
However, the fans are once again disappointed as the film authorities told the media that it will not be beginning its shoot this month.
For all latest news, follow The Daily Star's Google News channel. "Sher Khan" is supposed to be a joint production of Shakib Khan's SK Films and Cop Creations, with the famed director Sunny Sarwar handling its direction, story, and cinematography.
According to what the Cop Creation authorities told the media, the film is temporarily not entering its shooting phase. Though they did not mention why, the authorities only revealed that the shoot has a possibility to begin in the latter part of this year.
Previously, the "Leader: Amie Bangladesh" star had announced the release of "Rajkumar", "Kobi" and "Priotoma" among other films, over the last couple of years. However, none of the films have been successful in entering their shooting phase yet.
