Recently, everyone was concerned for Dhallywood actress Pori Moni, when she shared on social media that she had been admitted to the capital's Evercare Hospital. She had a very high fever and unfortunately had to spend Mother's Day in a hospital bed, only accompanied by her dear son, Rajya.

So, netizens felt slightly refreshed when the actress was posting selfies of herself with the caption, "I am an angel!", followed by a fairy emoji. The actress's simple attire paired with only a dot on her forehead, painted a picture of serenity. Netizens reacted positively to the photos, with many flocking to her comment's section to echo the sentiment—comparing the actress with an angel and complimenting her cuteness.

On the other hand, the actress's film, "Maa", which was supposed to hit the theatres this May 19, was postponed. The Liberation War-based film has been directed by Aranyo Anawer. The film is also supposed to be screened at the 76th Cannes Film Festival, on May 20. As per the rules, a film cannot be released in theatres before its screening at the festival. Thus, the release of "Maa" in local theatres was postponed by a week.
