Bangladeshi cosplayers pay homage to Spider-Man

The whole world is currently under the enthrallment of Sony's "Spider Man: Across the Spider-Verse" and Bangladesh is no exception. The film has been running in local theatres since Friday, after its US release on June 2.

Recently cosplayers were spotted in the capital's Bashundhara City Shopping Complex's Star Cineplex, parading around in spidersuits.
Captured by Md Robiul, three distinct Spider-Men were spotted roaming the shopping complex and taking photos with shoppers. Their identities are left unknown, much like their beloved Marvel character.

Recently, before the release of "Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse", Star Cineplex launched an art competition that called forth artists to draw their own version of Spider-Man, imagining the character as a Bangladeshi super-hero.

Jointly directed by Joaquim Dos Santos, Kemp Powers, and Justin K Thompson, the new animated Spider-Man movie portrays an entire dimension where there are other Spider-people.
