Talent drives the industry, not syndicates: Mila

Mila Islam, a former sensation in the music industry, rose to fame with the hit song "Bapuram Sapure", which she frequently performed at concerts. However, despite her strong fan following, she abruptly withdrew from the spotlight due to personal challenges.
Marriage, family life, divorce, and legal battles consumed a significant part of her life, keeping her away from the music scene for years. She was absent from both audio releases and playback singing. However, after a long hiatus, she made her musical comeback last year, returning to stage performances and playback singing.
During a recent interview with a television channel, the musician shed light on the frequent discussions surrounding syndicates in the music and entertainment industry. Some artistes claim that they struggle to find work due to the influence of these syndicates.
When asked if Mila personally encountered syndicates in her career, she responded, "If someone has talent, work will come their way. There's no such thing as a syndicate working behind them. If one claims that they are not getting opportunities due to a syndicate, it's simply not believable."
"I believe that there is no such thing as a syndicate at any point in life. If someone is talented, everyone will be compelled to acknowledge them and that is the real truth."
In the same interview, Mila also addressed, "People who talk about syndicates can be compared to those who live in a haunted castle. If I am good to myself, everyone else will be good to me. I've learned this from my own experiences. I've learned patience, not to complain to anyone, and to smile through the small things, even when I feel bad."
"I believe that striving for peace is a significant achievement. One should be content with what they've accomplished without any regrets. Another lesson I've taken is that if something isn't in my destiny, it was never meant for me. What is meant for me will reach me, no matter the obstacles."
Mila has notably recorded a song for the upcoming film "Insaf", which is expected to release this Eid-ul-Fitr. The untitled track was penned by Sudip Kumar Dip, with Shouquat Ali Imon handling the music arrangement.
