Lady Gaga was recognised with the prestigious iHeartRadio Innovator Award for her groundbreaking contributions to music and performance, while the legendary Mariah Carey, the best-selling female artiste in history, was celebrated with the iHeartRadio Icon Award.

Meanwhile, Taylor Swift dominated the competition, leading the nominations and sweeping multiple fan-voted categories. Close behind, Morgan Wallen stayed hot on her heels with 10 nominations of his own.
The night also celebrated the musical prowess of Billie Eilish, Doja Cat, Post Malone, Sabrina Carpenter, Kendrick Lamar, Chappell Roan, Tate McRae, SZA, Muni Long, Usher, and Chris Brown, among others, who all earned major nods.
Guiding the audience through the highly competitive ceremony, LL Cool J returned as host, bringing his signature energy to the stage.
