Ashes, which has already performed 18 concerts since the start of the month, is continuing its busy schedule with a show in Gazipur on Pahela Baishakh, followed by performances in Dhanmondi and Uttara over the next two days.

A major attraction on this day will be the performance by artistes from Coke Studio Bangla, who are set to take the stage at 3 pm at Countryside on 100 Feet Madani Avenue in the capital.

Meanwhile, the cultural festival “Lal Baishakhi”, which began on Sunday at Kamal Ataturk Park, continues to host music, dance and other artistic performances. At Jatrabirati in Banani, the closing evening of the “Baishakhi Utshob” will feature performances by Farhin Khan and Shemonti Monjuri.

New music releases are also adding to the festive mood. Renaissance is releasing a new song titled “Rong Otha Deyal”, written by Shahid Mahmud Jangi, composed by Foad Nasser Babu and sung by Pilu Khan. Young singer Mahtim Shakib is also set to release a new song for the occasion.
