Nizam Hazari, Jatiya Sangsad membership, High court

The High Court today issued a rule upon the authorities concerned to explain in two weeks as to why they should not be directed to stop strikes enforced by doctors and nurses of hospitals.
In the rule, the court asked the authorities to show cause as to why their inaction to stop such strike should not be declared illegal.
The HC also asked them to explain as to why they should not be directed to stop untoward incidents between the doctors and nurses and the relatives of patients which caused strikes.
