The grenades, four foreign pistols and 20 bullets were found from different rooms of the building, our Bogra correspondent reports quoting Mohammad Asaduzzaman, superintendent of police in the district.
Police suspect that the explosion took place when a gang was making bombs there, the SP said.
Any militant link to the blast is being investigated, he said.
The blast area remains cordoned off by policemen, members of Rapid Action Battalion (Rab)-12 in the presence of the SP.
The investigators are yet to access the room where yesterday's blast took place of the building surrounded by low concrete boundary wall, the SP said told the correspondent around 10:45am.
Yesterday, one of the two men inside died on the spot. The other died at Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College Hospital in the district later.
Their identities could not be known immediately.
A CNG-run auto-rickshaw driver rented the building from its owner Mahabur Rahman, who lives in the capital, nearly five months ago. The driver went to his home in Naogaon a few days ago, said locals.
Hearing a loud bang of an explosion last night, the neighbours rushed to the scene and saw the two men lying on a pool of blood. Police were informed immediately.
Locals said they never saw the duo before.
