Dhaka to north rail service resumes

Rail communication between Dhaka and northern districts of the country resumed after it was disrupted for nearly three hours this morning due to a technical glitch of Dhaka bound Ekata Express.
The train coming from Dinajpur went out of order at Mirer Gaon area of Gazipur around 7:45am, Rafiqul Islam, officer-in-charge of Dhaka Railway Police Station, told The Daily Star.
A train servicing team from Dhaka rushed to the spot and resolved the problem around 10:30am, he said.
