Major reshuffle in police admin

In a major reshuffle in the police administration, 25 police officials were promoted to the rank of superintendent of police (SP) and given new postings.

The home ministry today issued a notification in this regard.

According to the notification, 24 additional superintendents of police and an additional deputy police commissioner were promoted to the rank of SPs.
