Arrest order for 3 Sherpur ‘war criminals’
The International Crimes Tribunal-1 today issued arrest warrant against three Sherpur men for their alleged involvement with crimes during the Liberation War in 1971.
The tribunal passed the order following a petition moved by Prosecutor Rezia Sultana Chaman.
Rezia told the tribunal that investigation of the case started on November 19 in 2015. Later, one SM Aminuzzaman Faruk was arrested after investigation officer found his involvement with wartime crimes.
