3 workers die after falling off building in Dhanmondi

Three workers have died after they fell off from an under-construction building in Dhanmondi.

Monirul, 40, Mukhles, 30, and Saidur Rahman, 35, were working on a hanging platform of the 12-storied building on Dhanmondi Road 5, next to Central Hospital at Green Road.

Around 4:30pm, they fell off the roof and were declared dead after taken to hospital, Abdul Latif, officer-in-Charge (OC) of Dhanmondi Police Station, told The Daily Star.

Monirul and Mokhles were taken to Dhaka Medical College Hospital where the doctors declared them dead. Saidur was also declared dead when taken to Central Hospital.
