3 Borohat ‘militants’ died in suicide blasts: Autopsy
The three suspected militants found dead inside the Borohat raid site in Moulvibazar died of suicide blasts, doctors said after carrying out autopsy today.
A three-member team of expert doctors carried out the autopsy at Moulvibazar General Hospital, our local correspondent reports from the scene.
“The bodies were disintegrated and in decomposed state. Presumably, they died two days before being brought to the morgue,” said Dr Partha Sarathi Dutta Kanungo, coordinator of the hospital.
The three-member team consisted of senior consultant of surgery department Dr Subrata Kumar Roy, Junior Consultant of the same department Dr Abu Imran and RMO Palash Roy of the hospital conducted the autopsy.

“A number of small pieces of thick wires and metallic objects were found inside the body parts,” Dr Kanungo said.
The female militant suspect killed in the blast was aged around 30 years. The two male militant suspects were presumably aged between 38 and 22 years respectively.
