There are loads of milkman around who claim they deliver you the purest of milk, but there is no way that you can be sure of that. But now, there is a solution.

Right on the edge of the city, at Rayerbazar Beribadh – you can get milk milked from cows right in front of your eyes. But on the downside, it is not available for home delivery.

There, Shamsunnahar Begum and Imran Hossain are waiting with their cows just to serve you milk – and they will do the milking, minimal pasteurising and packaging all before your eyes.

Coming from a poor background, Shamsunnahar began her business with one cow and a calf to earn her living. Now, she owns 13 cows and has a thriving business.

Imran, on the other hand, a big dairy farm owner, says he began out of hobby. Now, with over a hundred cows at his herd, he has hardly any milk left at the end of each day.
