JU admission test begins on Dec 21

The enrolment test of Jahangirnagar University (JU) for the 2025–26 academic session will begin on December 21 and continue until December 31.

The decision was taken at a meeting of the JU Central Admission Management Committee, said Md Ali Reza, deputy registrar and member secretary of the committee.

He said the online application portal will open on November 23, and students can apply until December 7.

Like the previous year, the admission tests will be held under seven units and institutes -- A, B, C, C1, D, E, and IBA. All examinations will take place on the JU campus.

However, this year the pass mark has been raised to 45 percent, up from 35 percent last year, the deputy registrar said.

The admission application fee has also been increased by 10 percent, he added.
