GLG Assets begins construction of 53rd project in Banani

GLG Assets Ltd. has formally launched construction of its 53rd project, ‘GLG Rais Royal Regency’, through a groundbreaking ceremony held in Banani, according to a press release.

The ceremony took place at Plot 121, Road 19/A, Block E, Banani.

Members of the management committee, senior officials of GLG Assets Ltd., landowners, buyers and corporate partners attended the event.

According to the company, the residential project has been designed with modern architectural features and lifestyle amenities.

Speaking at the programme, a representative of the management said, "The commencement of GLG Rais Royal Regency is a major milestone in our portfolio. This project is a reflection of our unwavering commitment to quality engineering, timely delivery, and a sophisticated urban lifestyle."

The programme included the unveiling of the foundation stone and a special prayer session.

A networking session involving guests and stakeholders followed the formal ceremony.

The company said the project is expected to add a new residential development to the Banani area.
