Paramount Insurance declares 10% cash dividend

Paramount Insurance PLC has declared a 10 percent cash dividend for the year that ended on December 31, 2025.

The announcement was made at the company’s 27th annual general meeting (AGM), which was held virtually recently, according to a press release.

Shakhawat Hossain, chairman of the non-life insurer, presided over the meeting as the chief guest.

Shareholders unanimously approved the dividend along with other key agenda items at the AGM.

Anita Haque, vice-chairman of the insurer, and Anita Das, director, along with other directors and senior officials, were also present.
