ADB offers $338m in loans to Bangladesh for vaccine development

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has offered $338 million in loans to Bangladesh for the development of vaccines.
ADB Country Director Edimon Ginting shared the information in a meeting with Planning Minister MA Mannan at the latter's office in Dhaka today, according to the ministry.
Half of the amount of the loan will be considered as a soft loan, while the interest of the rest will be slightly lower than the market rate, the ministry officials said after the meeting.
