With increasing loss of habitat due to human encroachment, the endangered tigers of the Sundarbans are finding it hard to survive. Many venture into the villages in search of food, preying on poultry or cattle causing panic among the village folk. Worse than that, the villagers not realising the enormity of their acts, beat these animals mercilessly, sometimes killing them. The Sundarbans Tiger Project team goes on a risky mission to rescue a wounded tiger and release her into the wild again.
