EWU holds doa mahfil for late Syed Manzur Elahi

A condolence meeting and doa mahfil were held today in memory of eminent industrialist Syed Manzur Elahi, who passed away at Gleneagles Hospital in Singapore on March 12 aged 83.
East West University organised the events at the Manzur Elahi Auditorium of the university to pay tribute to the distinguished entrepreneur and offer prayers for the salvation of his departed soul, according to a press release.
Syed Manzur Elahi was the chairperson of the Board of Trustees of East West University (EWU).
The event was attended by Professor Dr Mohammed Farashuddin, chief adviser of EWU; Professor Dr Shams Rahman, vice chancellor of EWU; Syed Nasim Manzur, son of the late Syed Manzur Elahi, along with other family members, faculty, staff, and students of EWU.
