Anti-corruption body formed in Satkhira

A 6-member Assassuni Upazila Corruption Preventive Committee was formed at a meting held at the office of Assassuni Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Rafiqul Islam yesterday. The committee is being headed by Principal SM Saidul Islam as president. Principal Chitta Ranjan Ghosh has become its vice president and GM Mujibar Rahman member secretary. Other members are Maulana Abul Hasan, Alamgir Hossain and Purabi Bala Sarkar. Assassuni UNO presided the meeting which was attended by the civil society members.
