'Form new board of CRP trustees'

Bangladesh Manobadhikar Samannaya Parishad (BMSP) yesterday demanded forming of a new board of trustees of the Centre for Rehabilitation of the Paralysed (CRP) after dissolving the present one. Condemning the present activities of CRP trustee board, BMSP said "They (influential quarter of trustee board) are doing 'fowl play' with Valerie Taylor, the main promoter and founder of CRP." BMSP also demanded that the corrupt officials of CRP are identified and brought to book. BMSP also expressed solidarity with the demand of Nagorik Committee to reinstate Valerie in her position at the CRP. The organisation also expressed gratitude to Valerie for her efforts and hard work that brought CRP in the present situation.
