The delegation, led by SUST Vice-chancellor Prof Dr M Aminul Islam, apprised the President of different problems and prospect of the university.

They informed him about residential problem of the women students, shortage of academic buildings and teachers and transport and ambulance problem.

The VC also informed the President that a congenial atmosphere is now persisting over the campus and the students are participating in extra-curricular activities alongside their study.

The delegation members sought President's cooperation in the university's development.

Iajuddin gave a patient hearing to the delegation and assured them of extending his all out cooperation.

He laid emphasis on providing qualitative education to the students so that they could face the challenge of the 21st centuries.

The other delegation members are Prof Shamsul Huda, Prof M Habibul Ahsan, Prof Reza-e-Karim Khandaker, Prof Kamal Ahmed Chowdhury, Prof M Kabir Hossain, Prof M Yunus and Salikur Rahman Chowdhury.
