It is imperative and also a priority work for the government to open a public library in each municipality of the country as a civic amenity! The Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Information should supply the existing and the new libraries in the municipalities with essential books, magazines, daily newspapers and fortnightly periodicals for the readers and also motivate and increase the number of readers across the country.
