Attention: BTTB
Hassan, On e-mail
I have a problem with BTTB PSTN. I have three telephone lines at my home. At the beginning of February 2007, I found out that from my home numbers (8022113 and 8022718) whenever I dialed any Banglalink cellphone number it didn't connect but if I dialed from my other home number (9016851) it instantly connected. At the end of February 2007, I noticed that my phone numbers (8022113 and 8022718) were having the same problem with Aktel but my other phone number (9016851) was fine. To my surprise, I found out that I was not having any problem connecting from 8022113 and 8022718 numbers to GrameenPhone and Teletalk. As there is Warid, I tried with their cell phone numbers too but still my numbers (8022113 and 8022718) cannot connect to Warid either, it says "This is not a subscriber number........." but my 9016851 is working fine with Warid, as well as Banglalink and Aktel. I would like to bring this problem to BTTB's notice.
