Memorial meet on Obaid tomorrow
An emergency meeting of KM Obaidur Rahman Smriti Sangsad was held at the central office of the Sangsad in the city yesterday with its convener Rejabuddaula in the chair, says a press release. The meeting decided to hold a discussion in memory of Obaidur Rahman at the Institution of Diploma Engineers at Kakrail tomorrow at 3:00pm. It also decided to confer a posthumous award on him and give away Independence Award every year to ten dignitaries under the name of KM Obaidur Rahman.
