DBBL okays 25pc cash dividend
Dutch-Bangla Bank Ltd (DBBL) has declared a 25 percent cash dividend for its shareholders for the year 2006.The dividend was announced at the 11th annual general meeting (AGM) of the bank held on Monday in Dhaka, says a press release. Chairman of the bank Abul Hasnat Md Rashidul Islam presided over the AGM, which was attended, among others, by directors Bernhard Frey, Zaheed Hossain Khan, Shahabuddin Ahmed and Md Shahidur Rahman, and Managing Director Md Yeasin Ali.
