10 compartments of train derail in Mymensingh

Ten compartments of Agnibina Inter-city Train bound for Jagannathganj ghat station from Dhaka derailed at Bidhyaganj railway station signal on Mymensingh-Jamalpur rail route under Sadar upazila yesterday.Ten passengers were injured as they jumped from the train. Meanwhile, relief train from Mymensingh reached the spot this afternoon and started rescue and repairing activities. The rescue operation of the compartments was going on till filing of this report at 6:45pm.
