Convener of the NS unit Matiar Rahman presided over the meeting. Convener of the United Kingdom unit of Gono Shakti Giasuddin, Sarwar Morshed, Syed Tanvir Ahmed, Councilor Ayesha Chowdhury, Editor of the Bangla Mirror Abdul Karim Gani and Barrister Arman spoke at the meeting.

Speakers urged the people to make hands of Dr Mohammad Yunus strong for the advancement of the country. They also decided to form committees in each town of the UK.
