Int'l trade fair opens in Barisal today

An international trade fair, organised by Barisal Chamber of Commerce and Industries (BCCI), begins at BIWTA marine workshop ground here today. Preparation for opening of the fair is almost complete. There will be more than 150 stalls, with participation of some foreign countries including Iran and Pakistan, according to Ebaidul Huq Chan, president of the fair management committee. Special measures have been taken to ensure security and law and order during the fair, he said.
