Batting first, Mariners scored a competitive 224 in 50 overs. In reply, Bangladesh Boys reached the target in the last over of the innings with just a wicket in hand.

Earlier, Mofizul Islam struck 72 off 96 balls while Jalaluddin hit 47 as Mariners fought hard to score 224 before being bowled out due to a tight spell from Rafiqul Islam (4-29).

For Bangladesh Boys, almost everyone contributed but it was Shojib's unbeaten 20 when it mattered most which counted. Rezwan was not out on 4.
