National Committee for Implementation of Demands of Freedom Fighters and Freedom Fighters' Day Observance Committee will place wreaths at freedom fighter's graveyard, arrange march pasts with freedom fighters, hold rallies and organise cultural programmes in every districts and upazilas.

Bangladesh Muktijoddha Sangsad Central Command will place wreaths at the Martyrs' Graveyard at Mirpur in the city at 8:00am. It would organise a rally on the Central Shaheed Minar premises at 10:00am and then start a march past towards Shikha Chirantan.

Muktijoddha Oikya Parishad will hold a rally in front of Matsya Bhabhan, place wreaths at Shikha Chirantan at 4:15pm and take oaths on its premises at 5:01pm.

Besides, different political parties including Awami League, Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal and Bangladesh Workers' Party and their affiliated organisations will observe the day with due respect.
