Draft constitution writing committee chairman and eminent jurist Dr Kamal Hossain will be the chief speaker, while deputy commander in chief of the War of Liberation Air Vice Marshal (Retd) AK Khandker will be present at the programme as the chief guest, says a press release.

Acting President of the Forum journalist Shahriar Kabir will present a keynote paper.

Writers of the draft constitution Barrister Amir Ul Islam, Suranjit Sengupta, Abdur Razzak, Advocate M Abdur Rahim, Dr Khitish Chandra Mondol, Professor Abu Sayeed, Awami League Presidium Member Syeda Zohra Tajuddin and Gonotantrik Ainjibi Samity President Barrister Shafiq Ahmed will take part in the discussion.
