Jamuna Bank declares 1.5pc cash, 25pc stock dividends
Jamuna Bank Ltd has declared a 1.5 per cent cash dividend and a 25 per cent stock dividend for its shareholders for the year 2005.The dividends were announced at the fifth annual general meeting (AGM) of the bank held on Thursday in Dhaka, says a press release. Chairman of the bank Fazlur Rahman presided over the AGM, which was also attended by directors and other senior officials.
