Extra fare charged by drivers

Auto rickshaw and cab drivers charge extra money from the passengers in addition to the bill shown on the meter. They just force the unable-to-do-anything passengers to pay extra money. They take advantage of the helplessness of the commuters. The drivers never bother about the passengers but make an excuse for taking the extra amount. On behalf of the sufferers, I would like to draw the attention of the authorities concerned to this illegal practice.
