Dav join the camp

Bangladesh cricket team resumed training for the International Cricket Council (ICC) Champions Trophy in India after a day's break with a gym session at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur yesterday.The session also saw the return of coach Dav Whatmore who visited the team in Mirpur after his arrival from Sri Lanka on Thursday. Fitness training coach Paul Chapman conducted the session. Batsman Alok Kapali is still having medical problems and has a slim chance to join the camp soon, while his teammate Mohammad Ashraful will return to Dhaka from his club in Liverpool on September 11. He is likely to join soon after. Meanwhile, the team was in a cheery mood with the good news of Mashrafee Bin Mortuza's wedding that will take place on September 7 in his hometown of Narail.
