Local people said Mokhlesur Rahman, 40, was beaten to death by some terrorists while he was returning home from his shop at Kaliakoir bazar.

On information, police recovered the body and sent it to hospital morgue for autopsy.

Police suspected that the victim might have been killed following a past enmity.
