Loko Natyadal to celebrate silver jubilee

To celebrate its silver jubilee, Loko Natyadal will embark on a year-long programme that includes staging of new plays, a seminar, workshop, and a theatre festival on July 8 at Mahila Samity Auditorium, says a press release. The celebration, however, begins on July 6. A short seminar followed by Moliere's play Konjush will be held at 7pm on July 8 at the auditorium. The play is translated by Tariq Anam Khan and directed by Kamrun Nur Chowdhury. Devjhoti Sen Sharma, Zahidur Rahman Piplu, Lovely Kazi, Kamrun Nur Chowdhury, Eugene Gomez, Abdullah-al-Harun comprise the main cast.
