History repeats itself!

The history has repeated itself . FIFA could not stop this repetition. Same host same opposition but slightly different occurrence. In 1990, a penalty was given illegally in favour of the host team and yesterday a legal penalty was not given in favour of the opposition team. The result is well known to all. Shame!
