Quiz competition on AIDS awareness
The lucky winner in a recent AIDS awareness raising quiz competition was Maksuda Farzana Rani. The competition, at Rajshahi Madarbux Home Economics College, was arranged on the occasion of the International AIDS Candlelight Memorial Day 2006, says a press release. The function was jointly organised by mass communication-oriented development organisation CCD Bangladesh and BASA.The runners up were Pallobi Pramanik (first runner up) and Sayeeda Aktar Anny (second runner up). The winners of the competition were awarded prizes in a recent function held atthe college premises.
