Countrywide CPB protest today

Communist Party of Bangladesh (CPB) will stage countrywide demonstrations today to press its 53-point demands, including electoral reforms and resignation of the chief election commissioner and two other election commissioners.The other demands include smooth supply of water, gas and electricity and steps to reduce prices of essentials, says a press release. As part of the demonstration, the CBP will hold a rally at Muktangan in Dhaka at 5:00pm. Rallies and processions will also be arranged in all the district headquarters.
